Plex goes haywire

I just downloaded this to use with Plex but its doesn't seem to work properly at all.

When I switch to PLex, I get the display update to play type controls which looks promising, but nothing works as expected.

With Plex in the main menu, I expect to hit the ff or rw buttons to move along the menus items, but the ff button just brings up expose the same as hitting F3 on the mac keyboard!?!?!

Quite disappointing.

I'll continue to hunt to see if I can find a resolution, but when I search for plex in these forums, I'm only finding 2 unrelated threads.

Stupid forum won't let me edit message, keeps asking through login cycle.

P.S.
I forgot to mention, whilst trying to get it working with plex, if I hit menu, plex just keep beeping as if a load of key presses are being sent, hence the haywire in the thread title.

If I manage to get into a vertical menu like settings and try to use the + or - buttons to go up or down, it goes mad in one direction as if I am keeping my finger held down in one direction.

Ok, I am livid with these developers that think they can simply take our money and ignore us afterwards when the application fails to function properly.

First of all, I shouldn't have to be looking for support of such basic features that are supposed to be built into the app and the reason for the purchase in the first place, but to be completely ignored is f***ing downright disgraceful.

Whenever I get a chance, I will be posting on blogs and app review sites about the shocking NON-Support and dis-functionality of this application and its developer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
